Note: Three guarantees will not be given if the following conditions exist: | |||
1) Failure caused by the user’s failure to use, maintain and adjust the product in accordance with the “Customer Instructions”. | |||
2) If the damage is caused by improper use, storage or accident, or damage is caused by force majeure, the three guarantees will not be granted. | |||
3) Damage caused by the user’s own modification, dismantling and repair, and self-decomposition, which destroys the original state of the fault and makes technical identification and analysis impossible. | |||
4) Three guarantees will not be given if the product is severely overloaded, violently impacted by external force or damaged by man-made damage. | |||
5) If the product is tested to have normal functions and has no impact on normal use, it will be deemed to have been returned by mistake and no three guarantees will be given. | |||
6) Unable to produce valid certificates (valid invoices or receipts or warranty cards) or the data of the carded item does not match. | |||
7) Gifts, wearing parts, consumable parts (light bulbs, brake pads, brake lines, rearview mirrors, bearings, inner tubes, rubber sleeves, plastic parts, raincoats, etc.) are not covered by the warranty if the wearing parts are damaged. | |||
8) The battery is seriously depleted due to improper use and maintenance, or improper charging methods cause the battery to become bulging, deformed, and have reduced capacity. | |||
